Who sells
Keysa is the shop of LVL s.a.l., a licensed veterinary company in Lebanon. LVL s.a.l. sells every Keysa order. Our address is Baabdat, El Metn, Lebanon. Keysa is a registered trademark.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in US dollars and include 11% VAT. Your receipt shows the VAT inside the total.
Delivery costs a flat $4 on top of the products. Delivery is never free.
If a price on the site is wrong by mistake, LVL may cancel the order.
Placing an order
You order on this website, without an account. You can also send us a message, for example on Instagram, and our team places the order for you.
The shop checks every price and the stock when you order. We do not call to confirm: your order goes to the courier straight away. If you give an email address, we email you a confirmation.
Payment
You pay in cash, in US dollars, when your order arrives. We take no card or online payments.
Delivery
Aramex delivers your order, or the Keysa team brings it by hand. The delivery page has the details.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order until we hand it to the courier. Send us a direct message on Instagram to @keysa_treats, or email [email protected].
Refused or missed deliveries
If you refuse the delivery, or the courier cannot reach you, we cancel the order. We may then refuse future cash orders from that phone number.
Items that sell out
If an item sells out after you order, we cancel that item and tell you.
Damaged or wrong items
We replace a damaged or wrong item when you report it within 48 hours of delivery. The returns page explains how. We do not take back items for any other reason.
Discount codes
A discount code takes money off the products, not off the delivery fee. You can use one code per order. Some codes need a minimum order.
FETCH10 gives 10% off the products of your first order only. We refuse it when your phone number or email address already has an order with us that was not cancelled.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.
