Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. Aramex delivers your order, or the Keysa team brings it by hand.

Delivery fee

Delivery costs a flat $4 for every order, wherever you are in Lebanon. Delivery is never free.

How long it takes

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon within 5 days of your order.

We do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays.

Paying for your order

You pay the courier in cash, in US dollars, when your order arrives. If you gave an email address, our emails show the amount to have ready.

If you are not there

If nobody is there, the courier tries once more, at no extra cost. If the courier still cannot reach you, we cancel the order. Our terms of sale explain what happens next.

Tracking

If you give an email address, we email you when your order is on its way. The email names the courier and gives the tracking number when there is one. Once your order is delivered and paid, we email you that it is complete.
